For most treatments, no. The only exception is for flea treatments where we ask you to vacate the premise for along with your pets for a short time.

Depending on the service we will only need access to the outside. Please reach out to discuss what your needs are and we will work with you to schedule a time that works if we need to enter the home for any reason.

As with any treatment that Antman offers, safety is our primary concern.  All of our products are registered for use by the EPA and have a long record of use in diverse and sensitive situations.  Our technicians receive ongoing education in safe application procedures.

We do not requite long term contracts. Some pest problems can be solved with one treatment, some require more. We also offer ongoing maintenance services.

No, even with direct contact, you never have to worry about our products harming your plants.

We use only the best professional pest control products on the market today, brands like Talstar One and Termidor.  Talstar One’s active ingredient is derived from the chrysanthemum plant and enhanced for longevity.  There is no bothersome or lingering odor, and it is safe for use when you have children and pets.
